Weekly Reminders for 2/17:

String Orchestra:

#4 - Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 9-12pm @ Corpus Christi School (Strings Only)

-- Please make sure students are coming to rehearsal with the following: music, pencil, snack and water. Students should arrive by 8:45am to check in, so rehearsal can start promptly at 9am. Please enter through Door F, which is located on the right side of the school, closest to the church and parish house. There will be music signs pointing towards the door.

Festival and Honor Chorus:

#2 - Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1-4pm @ Corpus Christi School

-- Please make sure students are coming to rehearsal with the following: music, pencil, snack and water. Students should arrive by 12:45pm to check in, so rehearsal can start promptly at 1pm. Please enter through Door F, which is located on the right side of the school, closest to the church and parish house. There will be music signs pointing towards the door.

**Registration Fees are PAST DUE for ALL Groups. If you have not done so already, please mail the payment to the address provided on the welcome letter. (Band and Choir students can bring to this weeks rehearsal.) Checks made payable to “OCE”. Please refer to the welcome letter for your student’s group for the amount. Can be found on the group page on the website.

8th Grade Scholarship Applications are Due on Saturday, February 22, 2025 for Choir Members.

Festival Band, Jazz Band, Honor Band Concert Day!!

Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Archbishop Wood HS @ 4:30pm

-All students need to arrive by 12:45pm, Rehearsal/sound check starts promptly at 1pm.

-Please follow the schedule that was handed out at rehearsal on 2/16. (Copy of schedule)

-Festival Band and Honor Band only students wear their formal winter school uniform

-Jazz Band students wear all black and a fun tie.

- Please make sure students are coming with the following: instrument, music, music stand, pencil, and water. 

Absences: If for any reason your student will not be able to attend a rehearsal, parents please contact Jennifer at jmonaghan@archphila.org.

Concert Tickets for ALL concerts are on sale. Please try to pre-purchase your tickets if possible. Tickets will be available for purchase at the start and end of all rehearsals. Preferred payment is check made payable to "OCE".

Adults: $10

Sr. Citizens/HS Students: $5

Elementary Students: Free (no ticket needed)
